Most of our competition have their sales staff on Commission Based Sales. These dealerships off there sales staff to get paid a percentage of the dealership profit. Thus, the more they "make" on you the more they keep. This has been accepted by the public for decades. I myself started on this "Business Plan". I was always told that we had to make a fair profit to keep a dealership afloat. Well when arriving at Sport Durst Automotive Group our General Manager, Ken Nichols wanted to focus in on the customers goal. This goal we realized was Customer Service. So Sport Durst Automotive Group put in VOLUME BASED BONUSES and CUSTOMER SERVICE INCENTIVES. This allows our Sales Consultants to actually consult. A Sport Durst Consultant will paid on Volume Based Bonuses and Customer Service objectives. Our staff gets to simply focus on the customer needs and wants; not on your pocketbook. We want our customers to have a worry free sales process. Saving you time and money is our primary goal.
