Customer Reviews and Feedback... Now that is the WOW FACTOR

Why does a dealership think it is important to have customer reviews and feedback.

Quite simple:  BUILDS MORALE.  Image owning a company with close to 200 employees and thousands of customers.  Everyone wants to that "PAT ON THE BACK" but it is not easy to get.
